Why we built REVA
We spent time in clinics. We watched front desk teams juggle 60+ calls a day while checking patients in, verifying insurance, and fielding questions from providers. We saw the same pattern everywhere: the phone rings, nobody can answer, the caller hangs up, and a potential patient is lost.
