Pricing FAQ

What counts as a call?

A call is any phone interaction where the caller speaks and REVA processes the audio. Short spam calls and hang-ups under 5 seconds are typically filtered and don't count toward your limit.

Do you store call recordings?

No audio retention by default. Recordings are opt-in and available on Professional and Enterprise plans with configurable retention windows.

Does REVA replace my front desk staff?

No—REVA assists your staff by handling routine calls (scheduling, FAQs, basic inquiries) so they can focus on in-person patients. Think of REVA as an always-available assistant, not a replacement.

Can I change plans later?

Yes! Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties for changing plans.

Is there a contract?

Starter and Professional plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Enterprise plans have custom terms—contact sales to discuss.

What if I exceed my call limit?

We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. Overage calls are billed at $1.25/call on Starter and $0.50/call on Professional. Or upgrade to the next tier for better value.
