How does the free pilot work?
We set up REVA for your clinic in under an hour - configured with your hours, services, and scheduling rules. You get 50 calls at no cost over 30 days. At the end, you decide if it's working for your practice.
What happens if I go over my call limit?
Overage calls are billed at the rate for your plan - $2.50/call on Starter, $1.50/call on Professional. You'll always know your usage in advance; no surprise bills.
What about call recording?
Call recording is included on Professional. On Starter, it's available as an add-on for $79/mo. No audio retention by default - recordings are opt-in with configurable retention windows.
Does REVA replace my front desk staff?
No - REVA assists your staff by handling routine calls (scheduling, FAQs, basic inquiries) so they can focus on in-person patients. Think of REVA as an always-available assistant, not a replacement.
What EMR/PMS systems do you integrate with?
We currently support Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 out of the box. For your clinic's EMR or PMS, we build the connector during onboarding - whatever system you use, we'll make it work.
